[Why Should You Be a Cop]: I've been some member of the Police Departments through my entire Roleplaying Time. Outside the game I've been an Officer with the Milwaukee Police Department, Wisconsin, for 4 years. I treat every superior officer with total respect for their rank and for who they are. I also deal with suspects and different types of criminals equally, regardless of race or gender. As a police officer I understand I need to uphold the law with accepting no such bribery, or corruption in the Police Department. I believe, with being accepted, I could be a valuable asset to the Mecklenburg Police Department.

One final question I want you to put some thought into is... If you came upon a robbery at the WaWa. Tell me exactly what you would do to end the situation safely and possibly negotiate the release of any hostage. (5 Sentences Minimum).

First of all, as the first officer at the scene, I would report the situation, describing all characters of the crime and any possible threats that I can see or hear. Secondly, I would then hold my position with a visual on the suspect(s) and wait for assistance to arrive, also with A Sergeant or another superior so we can have some sort of authority on the scene. Thirdly, I would then proceed to follow any order I've been given or respond to any action the subjects inside commit. If it's been designated as a hostage situation, I would of course follow any order my superior has given me on the scene, and/or Allow the superior officer at the scene do the negotiating, since that's what you're supposed to do.
